Insomnia from supplements

Thorne 2/day multi. Omega 3 - 2g. K2 MK7 - 100mcg. D vitamin - 4k + 2k from thorne so 6k. Magnesium - 150 mg.

Which one may cause insomnia? I tried taking everything in the morning and i still get insomnia…

When i take these i have insane focus throughout the day but i am really tired because i cant sleep and i wake up like 06 am and cant go back to sleep when i usually wake up 11 am. Maybe its the high dose B vitamins causing it?
