Help me build a stack

33M here.

Have quite a mentally tasking job. 70hrs+ work weeks on an average. I try to hit the gym at least four times a week. But off late can't seem to find the energy.

In the past I've tried ashwagandha, L theanine, creatine, vitamin C. Nothing more than that.

Goals: - better mood - Less anxiety - improved motivation to hit the gym - less inflammation and general body/joint aches and pains - better sleep - fat loss - boost testosterone - reduce hairfall

What would be a good scientifically proven stack for me without going overboard?
