Were Jordan and Jon’s wives Sarah and Candice?

Perhaps not the most important thing, which is why the showrunners left it ambiguous, but who are the boys wives supposed to be? I’ve seen some sources say it was Sarah and Candice but that isn’t alluded to or mentioned anywhere in the show…I guess like I said at the start of this paragraph, perhaps it’s not important in the context of how Clark perceived the remainder of his life in the 2nd timeskip
