What amount of calories are you on?
I’ve played yoyo diet most of my life and I’m now in the high 300’s (almost 400 at 5’4) and I’ve successfully lost and gained back weight multiple times (up to 80lbs lost and then extra gained back).
When I’ve lost weight before I’ve eaten low calories between 800 and 1200 and I’ve sustained this for up to 4 months and then I come crashing down.
This time I’m trying to do 1900 a day and I’m unsure if that’s enough of a cut for weight loss.
I’m just desperate to lose weight and get out of this rut as it’s having such a negative impact on my mental health.
For other SMO people, what calories are you eating a day and if you don’t mind could you share your weight loss progress?
My goal is to lose 60 lbs by Christmas but not sure if that’s realistic.
