Current best DPS characters for him?

So I'm about to start my farming for his relics, but my DPS are a mix of 134+ characters and base speed/121 characters.

I have all the characters in the game so far, and want to know what DPS units he will be best with so I can change their SPD as well as I've heard 134 Sunday is better than hyperspeed. I'm aiming for at least E1 S1.

What units does he work best with?
