Can’t transfer save file between devices

So usually I am able to transfer my save file across devices just by logging into Facebook. I have been grinding on bluestacks but now when I try to login to Facebook it says “internet not found please check and try again.” It still says Facebook is connected but this save file won’t show up on other devices.

Should I uninstall and reinstall the app? Will my current save file through Facebook be saved when it only exists on bluestacks?
