Help: 2022 Convenience lights on after boosting battery

My kids left one of the cabin lights on overnight which seemed to be enough to kill the battery. It didn't help that we are a -30C weather the same night (AB, Canada). I successfully boosted the battery with my other car and the car drove for about an hour without any issues, but the Eye sight off, lane assist, and collision prevention lights stayed on and won't turn off even after I turned the car on and off. It also says Check Engine. The maintenance is up-to-date and the car had recently been in for routine service a few weeks ago. Other than the battery dying, I don't expect there should be anything else wrong with the car. Is there a way for me to 'reset' the assist programs so the lights will go off?
