Subspace alone

Hey y'all, just entered this sub because I've been semi in the community for a bit and need some help/advice. I don't have a dom, and I'm not really looking for one at the moment as I'm dealing with a lot of shit in my life right now (chronic illness is a bitch) and I desperately want to experience subspace. I've read and heard a lot about it and I need a break from my brain.

Into what I'm looking for advice wise, have any of y'all been able to get into subspace alone and if so how can I do it? (I know everyone is different) Is it even possible? Is it particularly unsafe?

Any and all advice is appreciated, just please try to be gentle I'm very sensitive right now lol
