4 hours on the phone with Mohela so far. This should be illegal

They lost my payment. Was told the wait time was 100 minutes. Got a hold of someone after 2.5 hours. They said it needed to be escalated and put me on hold again, with no idea how long it would be. I asked them to call me back and they said it wasn’t possible. Dying here. This hold music is driving me insane.
