Borrower Defense Processing Discharge Time Frame

Received an email on July 30, 2023 that my borrower defense was approved. Since then it has shown "Processing Discharge,"

It has been almost a year and I have read that the normal processing time is 90-120 days following notification.

Not receiving a response to my emails from federal student aid and any time I call either the wait time is too long and it automatically hangs up or I sit on hold for 30+ minutes before I give up.

I know they are backed up and all the constant changes with the supreme court rulings but anyone have any further info or their experience in how long it took after receiving notification of the approval?
