Uneven lobes fix?

I've been stretching for little more than a year now using glass plugs and it's going well (4mm). However, my lobes were pierced uneven as a child. I hoped it would become less noticeable with bigger size but i fear it looks worse with plugs in. Is there anything I can do about it besides repiercing and starting over? Also my lobes are thin to begin with so I don't think I can go that big.
