Stremio Tizen App manual install on old Samsung TV in developer mode

Got an old Samsung TV, model 2018-ish that run apps. Stremio can't be found in the app store, as it only runs on 2019+ models. Regardless, I thought I'd give it a try, installing the app manually in developer mode. But I can't find a download link for the Tizen app. Anyone know where it is, or how to build it using the github source code?
