Which device to buy in Europe?

I need something to connect to my Full HD TV and watch using RD and torrentio.

In future I might switch to a better TV so would like something a little more powerful with 4k support. Looked for Nokia 8010 and Thomson Plus 270 but they're both on pricey side of things . Is there a go to device that could work for me and is on cheaper side?
