Stray cat started coming to our backyard

This cat started coming to our backyard. It must be a lost pet since it’s not shy with people. Does anybody know what breed this is? I have seen many stray cats but this one is the most unique. It’s too friendly and I hope it doesn’t come across with the wrong person that may hurt it.
