Can't find iso game in Rpcs3 emulator

So I'm basically trying to get rpcs3 running on the deck, everything is working fine but I can't seem to find the iso on my downloads folder when I boot it on the rpcs3 emulator. But when I view it in my downloads folder it's definitely there! Any help much appreciated :)
