Issues Accessing Self-Hosted Website on IPv6 outside of Starlink

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with a self-hosted website that I’m accessing via IPv6 while using Starlink. Here’s the issue:

• My website is fully accessible from my Starlink connection.

• However, it’s not accessible at all from any other internet connection.

• The AAAA record is correctly set up, pointing to my server’s IPv6 address.

• External IPv6 pings to the server fail entirely.

I suspect this might have something to do with how Starlink handles IPv6 prefix delegation or routing. Since Starlink is behind CGNAT for IPv4, I rely on IPv6 for external access. Unfortunately, Cloudflare tunnels aren’t an option because I’m using this domain for S3 backups, and I’m exceeding the 100MB limit on the Cloudflare free plan.

Has anyone else run into similar issues with IPv6 on Starlink? Are there any specific settings or configurations I should check to make sure my prefix is advertised properly?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
