How to move my Modded Save file to another Pc

Hi Everyone! Just needing some help since I am selling my old pc to build a new pc, how do I migrate my modded save file from my old pc to my new pc? I've already bought the game through steam so i was wondering should i just copy the save file from my modded save to a usb file and migrate it at the same location in my new pc? Would really appreciate any help or advice you guys can give me. Thanks!
