Can anyone help

I recently built my own gaming PC and obviously got Stardew Valley immediately (coming from Xbox.) As assumed, I installed a whole bunch of mods which are amazing but I'm having issues with one. Can anyone tell me how to "remove" a mod from the PC version without issues. The Smart Tool mod just isn't working for me. TIA.
