Buying it today - whats one thing you wish you would have known at the beginning that does spoil the game?

Avid gamer and as I've gotten older (M32) I'm looking for a game to balance out the grinding of other games like D4. What's something you wish you knew at the beginning that doesn't interrupt the rest of the game unfolding?
