What movie from the prequels was received well the most?

I don’t know if I worded the title great hopefully you got the gist of it. Which one of the prequels was the most loved by fans and critics. I was 6 when ROTS came out so I don’t remember much of that time. I know most fans don’t like the first two and I don’t ever hear about revenge for some reason.
