Can you change workout in program?
Hey there! New to Speediance and enjoying it. I’m hoping to find a way to use a program and get leg day to midweek. All the programs I see have leg day at the end of the weekly schedule.
Is this why there are programs that are just focused on one body area? Do people just set a leg day program for one day a week, chest one day, etc?
If folks have tips on how they use programs, I’d love to hear them!
