Having trouble any suggestions?

I have sparkle on my main tv (shield) and in br (onn). Exact same playlist. In bedroom i get no guide whatsoever in living room full guide ? I tried re install playlist but nothing changes. Can watch channels but no guide. Any suggestions ?
