Why no offers?

I’m fairly new to spark but I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have myself in the proper zone. I click spark now choose the time and the heat map shows that it’s busy in my area but not one single offer comes in. I’ve tried everything they suggest, including turning the notifications off and back on again Clicking off then back on again changing the zone then changing it back to my zone, etc. I wait hours and absolutely nothing even though the heat map shows it’s busy and I’ll walk into Walmart and see other sparkers shopping orders. Is it because I’m still relatively new what gives?
