should i buy the sv08?

i am slowly starting to get the urge for a better printer after my e3v3se, and i have narrowed my options down to either a sv08 or a v2.4(i know that they are basically the same but still), and i would like to hear your opinion as people who have come before me in this descision:

1. is the sovol sv08 a better value, or should i just build a voron, i have the skills for it.
2. if i would buy either of those printers, what bed probe would you recommend, i am in the netherlands.
