First Loaf! Let me know how I did!

I followed this recipe. I halved the ingredients since this was my first time. I also only used bread flour instead of the mix of wheat and bread flour.

Oh and I didn’t do the full cold process… I was impatient and only left it in the fridge for 3 hours ish.

How’s it look? It tastes pretty good if I say so myself!
