I'm so sick of this awful customer service
After not getting a shiny song (but losing the songs and money I paid for it) they ignored my follow up's for weeks and then told me I should ask Twitter instead.....
Now this after the monstrous cleanse they did? I think I'm going to file a chargeback for my premium account and I encourage everyone else who can to do so as well
