INZONE Buds 02.000.002 firmware?

Does anyone know why "The update is currently suspended for investigation."? From what I understand, without this update I won't be able to use the SONY Headphones Connect app with the buds, which I'd really like to do (the buds otherwise work fine with my Galaxy Z Flip4).

There also seems to be no alternative download available anywhere, and even if I found one, I guess there's a reason why it's currently not being provided anymore, don't want them to explode in my ears or something.

Is anyone using this firmware, did it cause any issues?
