First "sharp" wildlife pics. Any feedback? :)

I am having a great time using my Sony A6400 with the 70-350 lens. Right now I am shooting in manual. I am trying to keep my apature at F/8 and use a shutterspeed of about 1/1500 to reduce motionblur. I keep seeing improvements in quality!
