Sonic's age in movie 3 *spoilers*
This is something I figured out, based on a comment Jeff Fowler made about Sonic being around 15 in movie 1. Ok so sonic movie 1 and 2 are canonically in 2020 (based on robotnik's 'journal entry day 243' in sonic 2), movie three is canonically in 2024, due to the digital billboard Shadow sees in Tokyo. This is reinforced by Ivo's dialogue to Gerald that he had been trying to get rid of that hedgehog 'for years', so movie sonic is 18-19
