Does Anyone Know Where The Investigation Clues Are?

I'm up to the City Escape map and as part of the main quest I need to find investigation clues. I've managed to find 30/40 and I was wondering if there are any hard to find places or advice you could share. (For example; I haven't seen any on buildings but I've seen someone say it and most videos are outdated)
