A5 Orb of Avarice vs Phoenix Soul

Hi All!

Debating between what to build as an F2P player. I just got Phoenix soul and am wondering what would fire weapon would be worth investing in.

Orb of avarice looks strong with the raging black flame stack, but it does deplete when used during battles (so it appears to be more of a burst type skill).
