Motorbike mechanic / someone handy

Have an issue with motorbike , some electrical issue . I have new parts ordered but I’m not a mechanic and don’t have the confidence to go at it myself . Need regulator/rectifier replaced and cables leading off it as it caught fire . Also need it checked over as to why is caught fire . Anyone handy enough wanting to make a pound that can help?
