Keeps saying "this save has creations enabled" every time I die or load

Finally got a good LO thanks to you guys so I appreciate that I did recently install a bunch of dwemer mods and now this keeps happening. In addition whenever I save it's all buggy. For example when you go to save usually it shows your previous saves but it doesn't for me although the saves do exist.
