Nothing helps it

Oldish photo even worse now

Basically I have this acne between eyebrows on forehead, upper lip and it’s starting on chin and cheek.

I’m using tretionoin every few days

And moisturiser

Also witch hazel toner

Sudocrem on big spots which actually works

But I can’t get rid of the small red dents that never go away

Please help urgently
