[acne] is this an immediate red flag?

I am going for PIE acne scars and some residual active acne. I had a consultation with her and paid $575 for the first treatment with the Harmony xl pro laser. I have been researching and this review came up. She seemed competent in our consultation. And has a good amount of other reviews. All positive. She has 2 offices and is an MD and a very nice office (which is rare here).

Would this be an immediate cancel for you?
