Is this repairable?

Hello!

My brother lent me his skis for the new years holidays and I went to Jahorina (BiH) with a group of friends. We went with a van and had a Thule roof box on its roof. I took great precautions not to damage the skis (even thiugh it was almost impossible due to low amounts of snow on Jahorina) and aside from a few scratches on the bottom, they were as new when we finished skiing the last day. When I came home i found these damage points on the left in the picture and I later found out the friend who owns the van was uncoupling and cramming skis and other stuff on the roof box to save on space for the way home. Therefore I assume this is how my brother's skis got this damage. What (else) could be the cause for skis to be damaged like this? Is there a way to repair this or at least make it less obvious? I will definitely get the skis serviced before I return them to my brother and I wish to get them fixed as best as possible, but I myself want to know how things are before telling him about it.

Thanks in advance for any and all contributions!
