Laser hair removal

Hey sisters

So I have been using my at home LHR and it has made significant hair removal over my body but I haven't seen much improvement on my face. I follow the instructions with the right mode, intensity and how frequently to use but I don't seem to have much improvement for my face specifically. Any help or practices you all have found to work.

Also what about over tattoos. I know I can do it over my tattoos but still would like that hair hone as well (full sleeve, partial chest, partial shoulder)
