Has anyone had success with natural remedies? Share your experience?

I’m tryinng out a few things and I want to see if anyvidy has had any positive results.

Mullein - it’s supposed to be a herb that cleans out excess mucous from your lungs and sinuses, smoke it and drink it.

Morning shot - cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, apple cider vinegar, honey. It’s supposed to strengthen your immune system and reduce inflammatory responses.

Stinging nettle - natural antihistamine

Bromelain - contains naturally from pineapple. Loosens excess mucous.

Oregano oil - natural remedy for cold related symptoms, thins blood and therefore should be taken only when needed.

On top of this I’m starting 1) red light therapy 2) nasal breathing

Imagine not wasting so much of your energy from these inflammatory responses, breath better and sleep better.

Does anyone have any positive results to share? Anything to watch out for?
