Accidentally pulled at my septum stitches??

I had FESS 9 days ago to remove polyps and get my septum fixed. I just had my packing and stitches removed yesterday, but dissolvable stitches holding my septum together remain.

I’ve had a lot of crusting around my nose and stupidly I picked at it, which made me bleed a lot. I now realize (and can see) that it is a stitch.

Thankfully I’m still on antibiotics but other than not touching it anymore, will everything be okay?
