Followed the updated guide to reduce lag an now noone of my custom content is in the game nor are my saves showing up with Regul Save Cleaner?

The guide I mentioned is above, followed through all the steps and seemed to be working fine and dandy but now when I launch the game though the patched launcher, my CC is all gone and my previous save is gone too. If I start the game and make a new save it is not showing up in my saved file folder either. Also the skip intro packages no are no longer working, please help! :(

Another note, I downloaded two worlds and placed them in the WorldCaches. Prior to following the guide above those would show as possible worlds but now they do not
