SHIPT micromanaging our time?

I have approx 1300 shops since I started earlier this year. I have noticed the increased interference from SHIPT that affects us doing our jobs as independent contractors. Just wondering if others feel the same and how to push for positive changes? Not in any order just some things I've seen change: 1) Messages to start orders before a certain time, and sometimes the removal of an order because the system determined it couldn't be completed in time. (Even when the shopper knows the time and would complete on time) 2) "On the way" and "arriving shortly" messages have conflicted with actual events. 3) Bundles having further miles apart from the locations even when other orders posted make more sense to bundle. 4) System Determing our schedule when we are blocked from accepting another order because they determined "not enough time to complete existing and new order" Often happens when orders are promo and have extra time.

The whole thing I see is that we already have on time and other stats to hold shoppers accountable. But now they want to determine the way we work and how we accept orders.

Ok....lmk what are some of your thoughts?
