Disappointed in ending dialogue?

I just finished the last episode and IMO I really think this is one of the best animes ever made if not the best. Editing and cinematic value alone is just superb. One thing that I just didn’t like was the conversation at the end with Eren and Armin. Dialogue is such a strong point for this anime. Seeing the conversation between the two at the end was kinda clunky and a bit of a let down. Honestly, I was a bit surprised too.

The ending wasn’t bad in general. I did like it but I wanted more of that smooth dialogue and structure that we’ve gotten from the past seasons. It just wasn’t very consistent in quality, in terms of overall execution. Like it’s kinda obvious what was going to happen story wise so no surprise there but I just wanted some solid dialogue or so kinda full circle moment that really made you feel satisfied. That moment should have been , and was, with Armin and Eren, but it was a miss. It wasn’t quite as sophisticated as so much of the show was that I felt wanting with the ending resolution. Kinda a fizzle off. Again, just my opinion.
