Help with finding a vendor

Hey all, I know this is a long shot, but I need some help identifying a vendor. It was a smaller tent, and specifically, they had a cork board of pins. There was one particular pin on there that I realized later would make a great gift (it was the old Cleveland Indians mascot, Chief Wahoo, smoking a joint). I looked through the vendor list, but none sound familiar. If anyone knows which vendor had a small pin board, please let me know!
