Charlotte/Harmony theory

Is it possible that Charlotte could be Harmony’s daughter and Harmony’s “chip” was experimentally put into Charlotte’s body at the cost of Charlotte’s consciousness?

To me this would make sense why Harmony’s home is full of older things like the pitcher and bowl of water, and would explain why she’s so interested in reintegration.
