Currently paying $400/month. What’s cheaper?

I jumped into a telehealth company without doing research on others, just because it was recommended by a family friend. But i’m now seeing other people are paying muchhh less than this!!

Looking for recommendations on anything cheaper. $400/month is a car payment!
