Mortgage Rate Advice

Hello Internet Friends - First time home buyer - I’m looking for recommendations on finding / negotiating a mortgage rate. There are so many websites, that require you to enter your info, so I was hoping there was an easy tool (or method) you’d recommend that let’s me see rates from multiple lenders, estimated closing costs, rates with and without points, etc.? Or a lender you’d recommend? Thanks!
