Query for France visa from UK
Hi everyone, I'm an Indian national working in the UK and planning a trip to France in June 2024. I will be travelling with my long-term partner who is a native British citizen. The visa form states (screenshot attached) if I will be joining or travelling with a "family member" who is a UK beneficiary of the withdrawal agreement (I presume this is the Brexit withdrawal agreement?). I'm not sure whether to answer with a Yes or No to this question? I am travelling with my long term partner but he isn't a family member in the legal sense since we aren't married and my visa status in the UK is independent of him (i.e I'm not here on a fiance or unmarried spouse visa). I can explain this in my cover letter if needed, but don't want to get 'caught out' if they think I've misrepresented on the actual application form. Any insights would be super helpful - thank you!!
