Can you keep Neps with Sun pitchers? And other newbie stuff

Went to a reptile convention and impulsively picked up a Nepenthes from a guy selling a bunch of unlabeled baby carnivorous plants. It was in peat so I repotted in 50% perlite and 50% sphagnum. It was doing okay but wasn’t putting off pitchers and dropped the one it had (though I’ve read that’s normal in a new environment) so I moved it to a small glass terrarium with a open top so I could mist it to keep humidity up. Little guy liked that big time and put off two new pitchers and has new growth. I read these guys get big but I’m hesitant to move him out of a terrarium so I was thinking of just getting a big one with a mesh top( 18x18x24 or something similar). If I did would I be able to keep something else in there with it? I would love some Sun pitchers and maybe some moss? Are there other plants that would go well? I tried to see what other folks have put together in the way of terrariums but most of the time there are people saying the plants are incompatible needs-wise and so I’m not sure. I’m new to plants in general so I’m trying to give them the best chance.

Also I’ve been buying distilled water to water him with, is there an easier way ? Frankly I didn’t expect the little guy to live and now I’m attached.
