Does anyone know a good spot with coverage to sit outside and be in/watch the rain without getting wet?

I’m looking for a spot, outdoors, that has umbrellas or some sort of coverage without walls to hang out in during the bits of rain we get. I like to sit outside and read, but I don’t have a covered patio to do so.

Currently enjoying the SBCC student parking lots, but other ideas/recommendations would be incredible.
