Asking for a raise

I’m with current company for 2 years so far， and I got a raise of 3% last year. it was less than what I expected but my boss keep saying the environment is bad and company not making much blah blah blah so I take it no problem. Now another anniversary is hit how should I ask for more raise without sounding too greedy? I’m looking for abt 5-10% since I did take more responsibility now. I’m in logistics have 8years experience and current paid 64K which is undervalued per my research. TIA!
